About Roltronic

The roltronic is a system that makes a film move on your goggle screen so you can see clear, this action is done by using a button on the handle bars. Most people will have used the version where you pull a cord to do this, but this leaves you with one hand on the bar and can also cost you seconds of time!

To activate Press 1 (0.1 second) on the button on the handle bar and the film moves for 4 seconds ( Delay so that the film moves from 1 side to the other only) The roltronic is a wireless system, which uses a transmitter on the handle bars and a receiver on the goggles, so no wire is between you and your goggles.

The roltronic uses the standard screen and film that already exist on the market. You can put the roltronic on all kind of goggles. (Utopia, Scott, Smith, Oakley, Arnette, Spy...)

The roltronic uses a 9V standard battery. You can leave it plugged in and the battery should last around 5 months.

The receiver will go into sleep mode to save the battery if you don't use the roltronic for 1 hour. To wake up the roltronic press 1 on the red switch of the receiver.

The red button on the goggles allows you to make the film move even if you destroy the transmitter in a crash!

The battery in the transmitter has a lifetime of 10 years, so you don't need to change it. When the battery is low, the film will move step by step, so this is the signal that you must change the battery.

Each system has a specific code, so there will be no interference between riders if more than 1 is using the roltronic on the track.
